With 35 years on the recruitment market, Sirca has made 3 commitments:

 

• As a member of Syntec Conseil en Recrutement and a member of the Board, Sirca is committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination and to promoting diversity in employment:

 

  • Sirca has signed the commitment "Ensemble pour des recrutements sans discrimination" (working together for discrimination-free recruiting), a HALDE initiative.
  • All employees of SIRCA Executive Search are trained daily and sensitized to respect legislation on diversity in recruiting.

 

• As a member accepted by its peers in this reference association, AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) and as a member of the board of the council in Europe, Sirca is committed to strict compliance with the ethical principles regarding the recruiting process and the guarantees offered to both individuals contacted (candidates) and customers and businesses while respecting the:
